Who you are buying from
Sync is sold through this storefront. For an order, license or account question, use customer support. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
What Sync provides
Sync is a Windows control and input-customisation application. Depending on the edition and version, it offers aim-control settings, controller and keyboard or mouse mapping, virtual controller output, profiles and configurable macros. The product page and checkout describe the features, license duration and system requirements included in your purchase.
Compatibility can depend on your hardware, operating system, game updates and third-party services. You remain responsible for following the rules of any game, platform or device you use with Sync. No specific in-game result or continued compatibility with every third-party title is guaranteed.
Prices, payment and delivery
The final price, currency, license duration, taxes where applicable, and any payment terms are displayed during SellAuth checkout before you place an order. A license is supplied digitally after payment is confirmed, through the delivery method shown in your order. Keep your SYNC-XXXXXXXXXX license key private.
If a payment is taken but the license is not delivered, contact support with your order reference so we can investigate. A failed or pending payment does not create an active license.
Personal use and account security
During the paid license period, you receive a limited, non-exclusive right to install and use Sync in line with the purchased edition and any device or seat limits displayed at checkout. You may not sell, share or redistribute your license key, the software, or access to your account. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in details and reporting suspected unauthorised access. We may suspend access where reasonably needed to investigate fraud, security abuse or a material breach of these terms, subject to your legal rights.
Expiry and renewal
Current monthly and yearly plans are recurring subscriptions. Checkout identifies the recurring price, billing interval and payment method before you subscribe. Renewal continues until cancelled. Supported recurring payment methods are charged automatically; other methods may require payment of a renewal invoice as shown at checkout. Manage renewal in your customer account under Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect as shown there and access continues through the paid period.
A request about an already-paid period will be reviewed under the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Cancelling renewal does not itself request or guarantee a refund. Earlier fixed-duration orders retain the purchase terms shown for those orders.
Updates and support
We may provide fixes and feature updates to maintain or improve Sync. Some updates may be required for continued operation or security. The setup guide explains installation, activation and common settings; support is available for order and technical issues.
Third-party services and games can change independently of Sync. We will handle product faults and unavailable digital content in accordance with the mandatory rights that apply to your purchase.
Consumer rights and liability
Your statutory rights, including rights relating to withdrawal and non-conforming digital content or services where applicable, are not limited by these terms. The support portal is the quickest way to submit a claim with your order reference.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for outcomes caused solely by an unsupported device, third-party game, platform change or use contrary to the published requirements. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future orders and service changes. The version available when you buy applies to that order unless a change is required by law or you agree to revised terms. We will give notice of material changes where required.
